Welcome and Home Page (continued)

Last Update:  2012 January 01

Most posts consist of an introduction and a continuation (this part of this post).  When you click on "Continue reading 'name of post'" at the end of the introduction (as you did to get to this page), the new web page will be a repeat of the introduction followed by the continuation.  You have already read the introduction, scroll to the continuation.

The Right Column — (changes in progress)  All of the line items in the right column are links even though they are not underlined.  The ABOUT gets something about me. Click on "Email Me" to send me an email.  The titles for the 10 most recent posts are displayed just below the calendar.  Click on any title to get the introduction and the continuation of that post.  Immediately below the 10 most recent posts are the 10 most recent comments.  After clicking on a comment title, scroll down to the end of the post to read the comment.

All of the posts are also available by subject (identified by LABELS) near the bottom of the left column (after RECENT COMMENTS).  Many of the posts are indexed to several LABELS. When you click on a LABEL, the posts indexed to that LABEL will be displayed with the most recent at the top.  The ARCHIVES are maintained by month at the bottom of the left column.

Links to Other Pages and the Internet (changes in progress)  Many of the posts are linked to other posts and/or to web pages on the internet.  Just click on the underlined word or word phrase.  To return to where you were, click on the browser's back button/arrow.  In some places, a "Return" link is provided.  If you get lost, just continue to click your browser's back button/arrow.  Sooner or later, you should return to familiar territory.  See Navigation in the endnotes for additional information.

Comments — (changes in progress)  Your comments and posts are welcome.  Please read the ground rules for submitting comments and posts.  Then click your browser's back button/arrow to return to here.  Now, that was easy.

About this Blogger — (changes in progress)  The ABOUT at the top of the left column provides some information about the author.  More is contained in the LABEL "About this Website."  The continuation of this post provides background information to help place this website in perspective.  Use the EMAIL link near the top of the left column to send me an email.
